Ten Days after being reported missing from a car parked in front of the convenience store Jada Justice was found dead in a nearby swamp. Police announced Friday that the remains where those of the missing toddler and she had been burned and encased in concrete before someone tried to dispose of the body. Also Friday Lake County Prosecutor Bernard Carter announced that Engelica Castillo and her boyfriend Tim Tkachik are being charged with murder and two counts of neglect and battery. At the end of the day this was a senseless crime what did someone gain by killing this little girl I don’t understand Explain?
