Talib Kweli made his career from using the word nigga, along with his pseudo intellectual rap gimmick. “Who am I?” he is the child of two university professors, who yes, did grow up in america and is black. Who the fuck is he to say that someone else shouldn’ t use the word! The fact of who he IS means that HE should have known better when he started using the word and still uses it.
For the sake of clarity, I am not a fan of this “rapper” he is talking about nor am I a fan of “rap ” in general for that matter. But I do feel he, being who HE is, as he so proudly states,he is no one to tell ANY one what they can or can’t say.
